A PLACE TO LIVE &Â BREATHE
Find Park Lofts on Albany St. An elegant Georgian street metres from Regentâs Park yet 10 minutes walk to the heart of London. Modern, urban, yet with an easy, relaxed ambience, the lofts are a sanctuary â somewhere to retreat to and recharge. There are twelve open, airy and bright apartments â studio, one and two bed â and three beautiful eaved penthouses. All have ensuite bathrooms along with German kitchens and integrated appliances.
LOVE LONDON, LOVE LIVING HERE
Designed with care and finished with beguiling colours and textures, Park Lofts is beautifully appointed. Fine materials and bespoke features have been commissioned from Londonâs designers and artisans.
Warm, intimate communal areas create the feel of a boutique hotel. In contrast each apartment is expansive and bright â with considered use of natural light and space, neutral shades, clean lines and soft textures.
Then look out to the Georgian, tree-lined street and the famous John Nash terraces â and beyond youâll see the park.
A PLACE TO RELAX
Regentâs Park offers so much just on your doorstep. Itâs perfect for a morning run, or a game of tennis, football, rugby or cricket. Perhaps a stroll by the flowerbeds in Queen Maryâs Gardens, then a bite to eat at one of the many cafes. For children there are three playgrounds, a boating lake and plenty of geese to feed. Not forgetting of course the Open Air Theatre and Frieze Art Fair. Itâs all here for you to discover.
FROM HERE TO EVERYWHERE
Few neighbourhoods combine enviable outdoor living with such swift access to the rest of London and beyond. You can reach the Law Courts and the City in twenty minutes and Canary Wharf in thirty. While you couldnât be closer to the heart of Londonâs medical community.
Mainline stations to the rest of the UK, Europe and London Heathrow are all within walking distance. With Londonâs finest colleges, art schools and universities just minutes away.
When it comes to work, Park Lofts are right where you need to be.
A PLACE TO BE COMFORTABLE
Nothing has been spared in the design and finish of Park Lofts.
The intimate, boutique lobby features Italian Agglotech flooring, leather wall panelling by 7 Upholstery of Shoreditch and a lightbox ceiling installation by French specialist Barisol.
The landings, inspired by Islington designer Abigail Ahern, change from Mulberry Red to Wooster Olive and then to dark pink Bleecker. With beautiful antiqued mirrors on each level completing the look.
Considered use of space and light in the apartments makes them bright, spacious and uncluttered. Fine detailing includes handcrafted solid walnut carpentry by Hackney designer David Starkey, beautiful floor tiles from Mosa of Maastricht and light industrial touches like the exposed, sculpted concrete ceilings.
Park Lofts has been created with integrity and an aesthetic eye. To create a likeminded community rather than an anonymous development.
